Mathbox Payment Policy

Payment for Mathbox services is expected in advance of service. Depending on the type of account you have, invoices are issued 15 - 30 days prior to service. This allows enough time for your payment to arrive in a timely fashion. Please note that accounts past due are subject to service interruption as follows:

Business Accounts
Accounts 60 days past due are subject to service interruption until payment is received.

Personal Accounts
Accounts 7 days past due date are subject to service interruption until payment is received.

Please Note: Suspended accounts may be subject to a re-activation fee.

Checks/Money Orders
Mathbox accepts personal checks, business checks, and money orders. If you choose this option, please send your payment to:

Please Note: There is a Returned Check fee of $15.00 for each returned check.

Credit Cards
Mathbox accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. If you choose this option, please call Mathbox's toll free number 1-877-MATHBOX (1-877-628-4269) to provide us with your credit card information.

PayPal
Mathbox accepts PayPal payments. If you choose this option, please pay the PayPal account, paypal@mathbox.com.
