Permitting Session Cookies resolves the following issue:
Users successfully log in. Then, when the user clicks one of the functional area buttons (Abuse, PostMaster, or Email Accounts), the logon page is presented.
The issue is that your browser does not accept "session cookies" or "per-session cookies". You successfully log on and the software presents the admin page, but because your browser does not accept session cookies, the software cannot track your session. When you click one of the admin buttons, the software tries to present the proper page, but finds that it doesn't know who your are.
