Bible-mates In addition this non-profit organization's goal is to provide job opportunities to underemployed and unemployed individuals. Bible-mates recognizes the difficulties the non-English speaking immigrant worker has in securing a job. We strive to encourage and to teach our workers the skills necessary to design and produce these endearing finger puppets. Although fluency in English is not a prerequisite for employment our workers are required to be enrolled or to have completed English language classes.

As the agency grew, it diversified to include training and support for individuals with more severe physical and behavioral challenges.
